All tasks undertaken by Guneshli Watan will be accompanied by a pre-approved method statement, which is to be briefed to all the engineers associated with delivering the project. Additionally, two forms of risk assessment will be common place in to which all employees have a valued input.
PRE-PROJECT RISK ASSESSMENT
Accompanying the method statement, this document will have been submitted for approval prior to the commencement of the project and will have been produced based on the known risks of installation and those highlighted either by the Customer or during a site survey.
WORKPLACE RISK ASSESSMENT
This will be conducted at the start of or during the on-site works, where additional risks not covered in the pre-approved documentation, will require mitigation.
